Via Social media, I had the pleasure of catching some "news". One being a new kickstarter and one about a TLC show episode. The kickstarter was for a product that will get you closer to your cat and make them love you more. It is a brush/groomer product that allows you to lick and groom like a momma cat would to her kittens( The kickstarter). The other was a preview for a TLC show about strange addictions. I am a better person for seeing these.

The dog is a diva. She wants attention and to do things but only when she wants to and on her terms. Okay, so she is a dog. She is adorable, but so fickle! She will harass you to play, and then give you about 2 mins of attention before having enough of you and then tells you to bugger off. That is, until the whim hits her again.
I have already updated to windows10 on both my desktop and my surface pro well not the first gen one cause for some reason it just won't take. I'm assuming I don't have enough space or some nonsense). For people who haven't, it is being reported that it is basically being forced upon you. The dialogue box will pop up and give you a very short window to say you do not want to update otherwise it will go ahead and schedule and install on you. It basically says "TAKE IT AND YOU WILL LIKE IT!"
I love playing games. All sorts of games, pen and paper RPG, tabletop, board, and videogames. Problem is, I'm not very good when it comes to rolling dice. Greggles is a fan of saying it is statistically improbable when it comes to how poorly I roll. I need games where I have to always roll poorly.
If you haven't been reading the news and updates about the DC metro (subway) system, I'll give you the TLDR. It is a mess. Constant issues where insulation fails and wires arte grounded with the rails causing sparks and fires. Tons of incidents with smoke and closures. This is cause all sorts of headaches around the capital.more people to ditch the public transportation plan and drive into work. It is throwing everyone off course...
I've had my work situation change and I've had to commute a lot longer, and drive. I do not like it. Granted the DC metro (subway) system is a complete mess and can be really a PITA, but at least I'm not putting boring miles on my car. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy driving. I just don't like commuting to work via my car. The worse part is when traffic isn't all that bad, but people are just camping in the faster lanes. Why do people insist on doing this? It isn't even old people who I would say may be going a little senile (or are they?), or may feel comfort near the edge. There are also clear paths to the slower lane, MOVE OVER!
Don't you love all day trainings? I actually usually do. They can be highly educational and entertaining. Of course, as long as the tech works (when required. Otherwise, it can just be draining. Worse is when it is critical training.
I like standing desks. I have one. When at home and working on the comic or painting I am usually at it. I think think they are great for all sorts of reasons. There are many people who agree. Only issue is that a lot of them do not think things through when getting em. I've witnessed this happening on MANY occasions. Know your limits people.
I have been beaten up tisyear by allergies. I used to not have allergies, and now I do. Sine I moved a year and a half ago and been more exposed to certain plants, my body has decided to rebel. When i was at PAX EAST, the first day was rough. The rest of the trip, I didn't take any allergy meds and I was alright. By my third day, I didn't even have a stuffy nose. Coming back to DC, as soon as I landed, it was like my body decided t have a pool party, and my sinuses were the pools. Everything assaulted me. It was rough. Trying to sleep the first night back was futile.
