Why do places make such ridiculous time frames for password updates? 60 days is far too frequent to be needing to create a new password. Specially for a system I never really use! I remembered my password to get into my account to change the password. For some reason it would not work. I tried the "forgot my password" option just in case I was incorrect. The system is stupid... before I finished filling out the required security check question, it actually showed my password in the answer text boxes. I quit out of that to attempt it again. It still did not work. So I did the full process and updated it. It I'm running out of password options. My fear is that it doesn't count as me updating the password since I didn't do it through my account page and only via the forgot password process. That would suck if the password doesn't take.

While I was visiting papa chang, it was mostly split between eating and staring at phones. The entire time I was there papa chang was glued to his phone. He had me fixing all sorts of stuff and setting up a bunch of stuff. As soon as I finished all of it he logged into ebay and just sat there for the next 4 hours looking at golf clubs. Then he asked me to help fix his account on some other site (which he didn't actually have an account with), to buy a new razer. I then asked why he was going to some random site to get it and why not just prime it. Stupid me! My dad doesn't even have a computer (he did but didn't like or ever use it... even though he was a programmer way back in the day?). I thought about adding him to my account but prime now requires all connected family to share credit card info with each other. I do not ever want my father to have access to my credit cards. So I setup his regular amazon account (sorry dad!) and had him order it with regular shipping (I'm a terrible son). It blew my mind (it shouldn't have) that he didn't have amazon...
So my family and I don't talk to often. Not due to any type of trauma (alright maybe a little) but mostly because we never really have. It is just how we are. When I do talk to my brother (maybe twice a year if I'm lucky) it feels natural and we just chat like nothing. With my dad, it is a little awkward. I talk to him or see him about 3-4 times a year. The last year, it was has been even less. This year he didn't even call for my birthday. That is rare. Turns out he was travelling. When he returned he didn't even return my call. I had to reach out like 3 times. Finally he let me know that he was back and that he had hurt his thumb and so couldn't use the phone. hmmm.... okay? well, that persisted. Recently I went to see him for his bday and stuff. He still claimed he hasn't been able to reach out due to the thumb. BUT, he wanted us to go to the driving range to kill some time. He had just finished explaining all the issues he was having with his thumb and hand... and then was like "but it felt better the other day while I was hitting some balls. Lets go to the driving range... wtf?
The last month I've had issues. I've lost my voice, then I got sick for a while. I finally felt good for a few days, kept it light and recovered. After a few days decided to go for a light run and have some bevs. After that, I went traveling to see friends and stuff. Felt awesome. Get home few days later and sleep in my bed in peace. Wake up, and throat is scratchy and nose is stuffy. WHO DID THIS TO ME?!?!?! Until last year, I got a cold once a year at most. Usually those colds consisted of 3 days of stuffy nose and then be done. Now, not so much. Age is a sickness!
