This week, a news report has caught the attention of the world via social media (isn't that how all news is now being caught?). The story goes, Aunt goes to kid's birthday party. Kid hugs Aunt, they fall she gets hurt. 4 years later, sues kid. Kid was 8 at the time... How ridiculous is that? Then says she had no choice and that she was advised by counsel to pursue this course of action. She claims to love him, but sues for $127,000. Here is a link to the story and the resulting outcome.
