So Pax tickets went out in the mail last week. Since I had recently moved and didn't think to update them, my tickets were shipped to the old address. I immediately called USPS and asked if I could have it redirected to the new address. They said I could and got it all squared away. Even got a confirmation number. Then 2 days later, I check the tracking number and saw "attempted delivery" and that a notice was left and that it was being held. Well, I then went online and requested a redirect/hold for pickup. Got confirmation for that as well. On friday, I planned to go pick it up. I did the lookup for which post office it would be at and I got a location that was not in my area and so called them. They informed me the nearest USPS office had it. So I walked down, and they told me it was not there and that the initial place should have it. So I called them back, and they said to hold as they checked. After being on hold for 45 mins, I hung up, and tried to call them again in case they forgot I was on the line. They were busy (for the rest of the day... I kept trying every so often) and so I called the general USPS toll free number. After waiting for 35 mins, They came back with that it should be at another local USPS office. So I hopped on my bike and went down to that office. Upon arrival I was told they only hold packages for people with PO boxes and that the other local office should have it. I once again called the toll free number, and after 40 mins of waiting, was told they could do nothing for me other than open an investigation and an agent would call me within the next few days...
