Another productive Necron week! Finished the destroyer lord. He came out pretty awesome!
We debated going back and forth on the main body, and settled for the standard purple+purple highlights the rest of the army has. Tried a black with purple highlights, didn't look right.
I'm not very good at blending colors yet, but hopefully in the future I'll gain some skill with the airbrush, and add a bit of tonal depth to large surfaces like the destroyers back. But for right now, I think he came out great, and will go great with the new wraiths.
Speaking of wraiths! Here's a sneak peek at the color scheme on the wraiths. Looks fantastic!
